Sandblast.

The strength of powder coating all starts with the preparation, which is why we sandblast everything that we can. Sandblasting gives any substrate the proper adhesion for the powder. Once the project comes out of the blaster, it is hung on racks and sanded to ensure the finish looks great.

Apply powder coating.

Now the project is ready for the powder. the powder is applied with a process called electrostatic spray deposition, using a spray gun which applies a charge to the powder, which is then attracted to the grounded part.

Bake at 400 degrees.

Now that our project has been sprayed with powder, it is time to move it into the oven so the powder can cure. First we inspect each project to ensure the finish has been applied evenly and nothing was missed. Then it is moved into the oven for 30 minutes.
